Our Tile Cleaning Process

Pre-Inspection

Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the tile and grout. He will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results.

Furniture Moving

Our regular pricing includes moving chairs, tables and smaller items. Sofas, beds, dressers, and heavier pieces are left in place under our regular pricing structure.

Pre-spray

A preconditioning agent is applied to break down traffic area soil and general spots for more thorough cleaning.

Pre-grooming

A professional tile brush is used to scrub the grout and further loosen the soil.

Soil Extraction, Rinse and Neutralizer

The tile is then thoroughly rinsed with a solution and powerful extraction cleaning system removing soil without leaving pooled water. 

For fewer permanent stains, be sure to have professional grout sealer applied

Post Cleaning Inspection

Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job.
